Our standard for all bed racks is the same across every model: top-quality manufacturing local and made in Germany. All components are developed in-house and designed. We also frequently incorporate customer feedback and suggestions to optimize our products to perfection.

To give you a better overview and help you understand the differences, here is a comparison of our three existing bed rack (or cargo carrier) concepts:

1. ZEBU

The Sturdiest Partner for Your Pickup Truck

The ZEBU Bed Rack was our first developed cargo carrier model. It was designed to carry heavy loads and offers numerous options for mounting accessories such as sand tracks or a DOT shovel. The rack is made of robust steel, weighs up to 44 kg, and is particularly suited for tough terrains.

Thanks to its durable material and design, the ZEBU is ideal for off-road use. Additionally, this model has the most extensive range of accessories: from bike mounts to awnings in two different heights and various clamp adapters, the selection is very broad. The key focus is on versatility – it is equally suitable for camping adventures and transporting heavy loads.

The ZEBU Rack can be mounted for roll-up tonneau covers or clamped/screwed onto the tailgate edge. It is available in two different heights and can be customized in width.

Conclusion: The ZEBU is the perfect choice for those looking for a cargo carrier with a classic off-road design. It is extremely durable, highly versatile, and our most affordable model – making it ideal for smaller budgets.

2. GAYAL

The Specialist for All Pickup Trucks with a Roll Cover

The GAYAL Bed Rack is mounted directly onto the roll cover’s rail. Important to note: The necessary slot nuts are not included in the delivery but always come with the roll cover itself.

The GAYAL's design is sleek and minimalist – visually, it almost looks like a hardtop. It protects the cargo from the elements while still allowing quick access. Made entirely of aluminum, the GAYAL weighs just up to 30 kg and can easily carry loads of up to 250 kg. For heavier loads, an optional support for the tailgate edge is available. This reinforcement increases the load capacity up to 380 kg. We offer different mounting options for various vehicle types – please check in advance which mounting option is compatible with your vehicle.

The crossbars can be selected individually, providing additional storage space and stability – both on the rack itself and directly above the roll cover. With the additional reinforcements, the GAYAL and its mounts form an incredibly stable overall package.

Conclusion: The GAYAL is perfect for pickup truck owners who don’t want to give up their roll cover. In the basic version, it offers all the necessary functions for transporting light to medium loads and allows for flexible accessory attachment. With additional crossbars and reinforcements, the GAYAL transforms into a true workhorse, carrying loads of up to 380 kg.

3. BISON

The Ultimate All-Rounder

The BISON Bed Rack is our most versatile model. It is available both as a classic bed rack and as a hardtop. Its standout features include its lightweight construction and functional Molle panels. On the BISON Hardtop, the arms are mounted outside the enclosed cabin, providing even more accessory mounting options.

The Molle panels come in various DOT colors and can be positioned flexibly – either inside or outside, depending on preference. Additionally, the BISON is height- and width-adjustable, making it easy to match the vehicle’s roof height. Made of aluminum, it is our lightest yet extremely stable rack. It is suitable for mounting both with and without a roll cover, available in two heights, and weighs only up to 20 kg. The load capacity of the BISON Ultimate is 380 kg, leaving no wish unfulfilled.

The BISON Bed Rack was developed in-house at the end of 2024 and is our latest cargo carrier in the Days on Tracks lineup. Additional accessories such as awning mounts and swiveling Molle panels are planned for 2025.
