How do I get in touch about wholesale?

Do I Have To Pay Customs Or Duty Charges?
The prices as mentioned on the product pages of daysontracks.com include the legal value-added tax and other price components.

If you’re ordering products to be delivered outside of the EU, they may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local laws or customs rules. These include import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that apply outside the EU.

Returns
If you simply change your mind about the item you have bought from us online, you can return it to us for a refund (the initial delivery charges are non-refundable) or an exchange within 14 days from the date you bought it. Unfortunately we don’t currently offer international returns.

Important: the Items must be in a resalable condition.

Return
If you’re based in Germany, simply let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, what size you’d like to exchange for. Unfortunately we don’t currently offer international exchanges.

10 Year Warranty
We offer a 10 Year Warranty to all Days On Tracks products.
Days On Tracks reserves the right to
- repair the product covered by the terms of warranty
- replace the product if the damage or defect cannot be repaired
- or refund the price paid if we cannot replace the product with the same model

The 10 Year Warranty does not cover defects resulting from circumstances beyond Days On Track`s control. This includes, but is not limited to, misuse, overloading or failure to assemble, install or use the Product or its accessories in accordance with Days On Track`s instructions. In addition, it does not cover damage to the vehicle, electronic equipment or user's cargo, or to any person or property.
Prerequisite for the warranty claim is the presentation of the original receipt. In addition, warranty is valid only as long as the original purchaser is also the owner of the product. The warranty expires if the product is sold or otherwise transferred to another person.
